Safeguarding Policy
This policy will enable Savera UK to demonstrate its commitment to keeping safe those adults and children at risk/in need regardless of age, gender identity, disability, sexuality or ethnicity. Savera UK acknowledges its duty to act appropriately to any allegations, reports or suspicions of abuse and exploitation.
It is important to have the policy and procedures in place so that staff, volunteers, service users and carers, and the management committee can work to prevent abuse and know what to do in the event of abuse.
All suspicions and allegations of abuse will be taken seriously and responded to quickly and appropriately.
All staff/volunteers working for Savera UK have a responsibility to report concerns to the appropriate person.
